The store policy
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The online store, operating at wena-studio.pl, enables the purchase of passes for dance and stretching classes offered by wena studio at 7a Łąkowa Street in Łódź.
1.2. The online store is owned by WENA CONNECT SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, based in ŁÓDŹ, NIP: 9472016071, REGON: 540982835
1.3. Before making a purchase, the customer should familiarize themselves with these regulations.
2. Definitions
2.1. "Store" - the WENA STUDIO online store, operating at WENA-STUDIO.PL, enabling the purchase of passes for dance and stretching classes.
2.2. "Customer" - the person purchasing passes for dance and stretching classes.
2.3. "Pass" - a ticket purchased by the Customer entitling them to participate in dance and stretching classes.
3. Shop offer
3.1. The Shop offers passes for dance and stretching classes. A detailed description of the available passes AND CLASSES and a price list can be found on the shop's website.
3.2. Passes are available in various variants, covering a different number of entries. EACH PASS ALLOWS ENTRY TO ANY CLASS FROM THE SCHEDULE. CLASSES SHOULD BE REGISTERED FOR THROUGH THE SCHEDULE ON THE WEBSITE wena-studio.pl/grafik.
4. Rules for placing an order
4.1. The Customer places an order via the shop's website, selecting the appropriate pass and payment method.
4.2. After making a selection and paying, the order is transferred for fulfillment.
4.3. The purchased pass entitles the Customer to participate in dance and stretching classes during the validity period of the pass.
5. Prices and payments
5.1. The prices of the passes are given in PLN.
5.2. Payments for passes can be made via the online payment system, by bank transfer, credit card OR IN-HOUSE AT STUDIO WENA AT ULICA ŁĄKOWAJ 7A.
5.3. The store reserves the right to change the prices of passes at any time, but the change does not apply to orders that have already been placed and paid for.
6. Order fulfillment
6.1. The order will be fulfilled immediately after the payment has been posted.
6.2. The Customer receives a purchase confirmation in electronic form (e-mail).
7. Rules for participation in classes
7.1. The pass entitles the Customer to participate in classes during its validity period.
7.2. The Client is obliged to comply with the regulations of dance and stretching classes, applicable at the Dance Studio.
7.3. The Participant has the right to withdraw from the classes no later than 4 hours before they start. Withdrawing after this time or being absent from the classes results in the classes being considered completed and they are forfeited. In such a case, there is no possibility of making up or refunding the costs.
8. Cancellation of classes
8.1. The Dance Studio reserves the right to cancel classes in exceptional situations, such as illness of the instructor, too few participants or force majeure.
8.2. In the event of cancellation of classes, the Client has the right to arrange a different date or extend the validity of the pass.
9. Complaints and returns
9.1. Complaints regarding purchased passes should be submitted in writing to the following e-mail address: sklep@wena-studio.pl
9.2. The complaint should include the Client's data, order number and a description of the problem.
9.3. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase of the pass, provided that they have not yet used the classes covered by the pass. In the event of using the classes, the right to withdraw from the contract expires.
10. Personal data protection
10.1. The administrator of the Customers' personal data is wena connect spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością
10.2. The Customers' personal data are processed in accordance with the privacy policy, which is available on the store's website.
10.3. The Customer has the right to access their personal data and correct it.
11. Final provisions
11.1. The store reserves the right to make changes to the regulations.
11.2. Changes to the regulations will be effective from the moment they are published on the store's website.
11.3. The regulations enter into force on 05.05.2025.
